Jamie Schneier​

Jamie Schneier is the Vice President of Midtown Capital Advisors. With an emphasis on strategy and transactions, he brings a unique skill set and perspective to each deal. Jamie has over 30 years of M&A and transactional experience as a business attorney. A graduate of The Ohio State University and Southwestern University School of Law. Jamie has developed his skills over his career as an attorney by guiding small businesses through every stage of the business lifecycle—from entity formation and contract negotiations to complex exit strategies—with a constant eye towards his clients’ growth and exits and the buying and selling of companies. Acting as outside counsel and collaborating with other professionals, Jamie has delivered tailored, strategic solutions to entrepreneurs and family-owned enterprises across Northeast Ohio. Jamie is now bringing his past experience to Midtown and focuses on all aspects of Midtown’s transactions.​
